MiaHome is a food ordering and restaurant discovery platform. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
To place orders and make reservations you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
All prices are shown in the applicable currency and may include taxes. We use our wallet system and secure payment partners for transactions. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless the restaurant agrees.
Delivery times are estimates provided by the restaurant. For pickup orders, please arrive at the restaurant at the stated time. Failure to collect an order may result in a charge.
Reservations are subject to the restaurant's availability and policies. We are not liable for restaurants that fail to honour a reservation.
All content on the platform, including logos, text, and images, belongs to MiaHome or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MiaHome is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including issues caused by third-party restaurants and delivery partners.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
